HERizon aims to produce impact at three levels: for women, for communities and for organisations.

Impact on women
Women involved in HERizon will gain knowledge, practical safety skills, confidence, access to resources and stronger social support.

Impact on communities
Communities will benefit from awareness-raising activities, public campaigns, creative productions and local events that encourage dialogue on women’s rights, safety and violence prevention.

Impact on organisations
Partner organisations and local stakeholders will gain reusable tools, training materials, evaluation methods and cooperation models that can be transferred to other contexts.
Impact beyond the project
HERizon is designed to remain useful after the end of the project. The digital platform, learning resources, mentoring guidelines and sustainability plan will support continued engagement and future community initiatives.
