  • organise transnational project meetings;
  • coordinate communication between partners;
  • monitor risks, quality and budget;
  • ensure reporting and documentation;
  • maintain regular online coordination.

WP1 ensures that HERizon is implemented efficiently, transparently and collaboratively. It supports coordination between partners, risk monitoring, financial follow-up, quality assurance and project reporting.

WP2 - Digital Storytelling and Rights Awareness Platform

Purpose: Develop the digital heart of HERizon: a multilingual platform, storytelling tools, AI chatbot, self-defence modules and rights-based resources.

Main activities:

  • develop the HERizon digital platform;
  • create storytelling tools;
  • design an AI-powered multilingual chatbot;
  • produce virtual self-defence modules;
  • create localised audio stories and rights-awareness materials.

WP2 develops the digital tools of the project. It brings together a multilingual platform, an AI chatbot, virtual self-defence modules, storytelling tools and audio narratives. These resources will help women access practical information, safety guidance and rights-based learning in an accessible format.

WP3 - Empowerment Circles and Mentoring Chain

Purpose: Build safe spaces and peer-support networks through empowerment circles, mentoring chains and artivism workshops.

Main activities:

  • organise empowerment circles;
  • create mentoring chains;
  • run artivism workshops;
  • support women in producing creative advocacy materials.

WP3 creates safe and supportive spaces where women can meet, share experiences, learn practical safety strategies and strengthen their confidence. Through mentoring chains and artivism workshops, participants are encouraged to transform their experiences into collective learning, creative expression and community advocacy.

WP3 aims to deliver at least 30 hours of training, train 25 mentors, run 30 empowerment circle sessions, involve 250 women in these circles, have 25 mentors supporting 125 mentees, and organise 20 artivism workshops involving around 300 participants.
